Hello, and welcome to my site. While I have been working as a visual effects artist, (compositor), since 2004, I have consistently thrown myself into design projects in my spare time. This site is devoted to exhibiting my design work.
I always begin each project with a sketch using pencil and paper. When that sketch is in a good place, it is digitized using a combination of Illustrator and Photoshop, and if the image calls for it, I will incorporate my photographs.
Throughout my life, I have been a visual artist, an aerialist, and a classical musician. I have found that in all of these art forms, story-telling is essential. My goal in my design work, is to capture a moment of that narrative, and to captivate the viewer by inspiring a particular sensation or mood.
